codvip Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the codvip platform — including the website at codvip.club, any associated mobile interface, or any service offered thereunder — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the codvip platform. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the codvip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by codvip or any PAGCOR-affiliated exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of codvip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full range of codvip services, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the codvip platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Identity Verification (KYC): codvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. codvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Suspension: codvip reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Upon successful registration and verification, your codvip account will be activated and you may begin depositing funds and accessing the platform's gaming services.

codvip supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal limits applied or requests held pending document submission.
• Source of Funds: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
• Transaction Fees: codvip does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which codvip bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on the codvip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. codvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

codvip offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. codvip reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: codvip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that codvip determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• Modification and Withdrawal: codvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the codvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of software tools (including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence) to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to codvip support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing codvip staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account suspension, or access restriction imposed by codvip.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

All content on the codvip platform — including but not limited to the codvip name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of codvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the codvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from codvip.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use any codvip trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of codvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by codvip.

codvip is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at codvip.club/privacy-policy.

By registering on the codvip platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

codvip processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

codvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the codvip platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.

Players who self-exclude from codvip are strictly prohibited from attempting to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds therein handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, codvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond codvip's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data by third parties.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or displayed information resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, codvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. codvip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude codvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

codvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account, any real money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting codvip customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the codvip platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting codvip customer support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct subject to PAGCOR oversight, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

codvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, codvip will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the codvip platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
